Heilung beginnt dort, wo wir wieder zuhören.
Dem Körper. Dem Zyklus. Dem Leben selbst.

about me

I’m Alicia Kreutzmann, a naturopathic practitioner since 2013.

My work has grown from lived experience — years in an ashram, the guidance of women, and deep listening to the body, to cycles, and to the intelligence of nature. What guides me is a clear orientation: healing does not happen through force, but through regulation. Not through optimization, but through reconnection.

Artemisia emerged from this ground — as a space for awareness, rootedness, and wild aliveness.

lineage and practice

Over time, my path wove together different lineages of learning — clinical naturopathy, Hawaiian bodywork, plant medicine, trauma-informed nervous system work, Kundalini Yoga, and Karam Kriya. What unites them is not technique, but orientation.

I am interested in how a human being organizes themselves — how the body holds experience, how perception shapes reality, how cycles move through us, and how responsibility restores dignity. Whether through touch, plant allies, or precise dialogue, the work returns to one place: awareness embodied.

how i support you

Hawaiian bodywork (Lomi Lomi) has accompanied me for many years. It teaches listening through the hands, working with the rhythm of the nervous system rather than against it. Touch becomes dialogue. A remembering of inner spaciousness and organic order.

Karam Kriya Counselling

Karam Kriya has refined my perception of pattern and timing. It invites reflection on the deeper structures shaping experience — cycles of growth, contraction, and renewal. Numbers become lenses for clarity. Insight becomes grounding. Meaning emerges not as abstraction, but as embodied orientation.

Somatic Experiencing®

Somatic Experiencing® has shaped the way I understand healing as a nervous system process. It teaches patience with sensation, respect for pacing, and trust in the body’s capacity to complete what was once interrupted. Attention becomes medicine. Small shifts restore coherence. The body remembers how to return to itself.

Plant wisdom has deepened my sense of rhythm and relationship. It teaches listening to seasonal tides within the body and recognizing how roots, leaves, and flowers mirror inner processes. Plants offer steadiness, regulation, and subtle guidance. Daily life becomes a place of attunement — where cycles are honored and supported with care.

Somatic Experiencing

Somatic Experiencing

Through my ongoing training in Somatic Experiencing, I deepen the work with the autonomic nervous system. This approach focuses on safety, regulation, and the gradual integration of stress and trauma. Healing unfolds in small, precise steps through sensing, orienting, and restoring internal stability.

Slowness is not regression.
It is precision.
